 Welcome to Applied Business-Yearbook!

This course is designed to give students a real-world approach to learning computer technology.  This course provides competency-based goals and objectives that will allow students to master advanced skills in the areas of graphic design, desktop publishing, and digital photography in addition to learning basic web design.  Some students will also be exposed to video editing. 

Some of the projects that we’ll be undertaking in this course include our school newsletters, yearbook, and the video yearbook.  There will be an emphasis placed on teaching employability skills that students will be expected to utilize in their places of future employment.
